About Me

I am a non-binary demiromantic and aceflux person who has PTSD, social anxiety, chronic depression, likely BPD, and probably many others that are not diagnosed. I am also a CSA survivor with lots of trauma. I apologize if any of these leak into my tweets; I will try to keep them on my other account. My pronouns are (she/they/it)Rabbits mean a lot to me. This is my passion project.(Also, I will not be buying a Twitter blue checkmark, ever.)

How I Run This Account.

I usually post daily, specific time isn't fixed. However, with my life sometimes being a wreck, I will (rarely) skip a couple of days. I also do something special on holidays and April Fool's Day; however, sometimes I will just not post that day. The rabbit pictures I pick are ones that look interesting or ones that have been suggested in messages or by mentioning me underneath posts. (Please feel free to mention me under rabbit posts; it makes the job of picking posts much easier.) Please only pick images not videos. When suggested posts pile up I will do them eventually so be patient if you suggested an image and it hasn't been done in a while as it is probably in the queue. I will not pick posts from rabbit breeders or from unsafe living conditions as I do not want to support that. Also, if you'd like me to remove your post, please be kind. I will try not to use your posts if you have specified in your bio that you prohibit reposts of your photos. I will mute your account to prevent it in the future. I will also sometimes retweet tweets I enjoy or tweets from my friend as they mean so much to me. Also I will not be posting many times a day, only once. The Editing Process
When I wake up and after checking my social media, I will usually post. I will pick out a post of a rabbit after scrolling for a while, quote retweet, and then take the photo into an editing software (Ibis Paint, lol). I duplicate the photo three times, apply a multiply layer to the second one, merge the second layer with the first one, and then apply gaussian blur. This creates the dark, blurry background. I then add the clock face layer (which I made in Adobe Illustrator a while back), and I resize the picture to be around 30–15%. I resize and move the third duplicate to where the center dot of the clock face lines up with the ears and head. I draw lines (which will be removed later) tracing the tip of the ears to the center dot to tell the time. After determining the time, I remove the lines, save the picture, and put it in the quote tweet with the time and if it was requested by anyone. I will also put the posters native language in parenthesis on my quote retweet to avoid confusion or any miscommunication. I add alt text to the photo describing what I see and where the ears are pointing. After tweeting it out, I like and retweet it on my other account to help with reach. I will also post the same content that day on my Mastodon account which is @[email protected]
Note: I do not own any of the content used, only the clock face. All rights go to their respective owners.
